Hole 4

A tempting short par 4 for big hitters who can drive the green with an accurate tee shot but a wayward drive will punish you. There is trouble down the right side with a copse of trees and gorse, and down the left are trees, roadway and out of bounds beyond.

Alternatively a long iron over the left side of the large fairway bunker is the safer shot, but a short iron shot to the green which runs fast from front to back is difficult to judge.    

Stroke 1 from the men's tees, based on matchplay,  as the better player should have the chance to birdie this hole whilst giving a shot to his opponent.
